A lighter, floral blend gathered from the mixed blossom of Ajloun's pine and oak forests in spring.

Every spring the forests of northern Jordan burst into bloom, and our bees move freely among wild thyme, sage, oak blossom and dozens of other mountain plants. The result is a poly-floral honey that changes subtly with each year's season. Lighter in colour than our Sidr, with a bright, floral sweetness and a faint herbal finish. Perfect for drizzling over labneh or stirring into warm tea.
