Sidr Mountain Honey

Deep, complex and slow to crystallise, this Sidr honey is gathered from wild lote trees on the slopes of Ajloun.

Our Sidr Mountain Honey comes from wild lote trees growing between 700 and 900 metres above sea level in the forests of Ajloun. The bees forage a single botanical source, producing a honey that is dark amber, thick and aromatic with notes of dried fruit and caramel. It is raw, unfiltered and never heat-treated, so every enzyme and pollen grain remains intact. One jar contains roughly 60 foraging days of work from a single hive.
